Tate has fourteen years professional experience in the Engineer To Order business model for offshore lifting and handling equipment in the global market. His experience lies in mechanical engineering design, project management, product line management and operations. With these prior positions he has professional experience working with clients and employees all over the world.
Tate grew up in the Black Hills area and is a 2006 graduate of SDSMT, graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Tate has also received a completion certificate for graduate level Manufacturing Leadership program from Rice University.
Tate is thrilled to be back in the community of Spearfish where he grew up and looks forward to continuing to build Ainsworth-Benning legacy and teams.
