Tien Ngo

Tien Ngo is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Journey Hospitality since June 2023, Tien has previously held the position of Product Manager at SilverRail from April 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Technical Product Manager, Senior Technical Analyst, and Business Analyst at Travelex from May 2017 to April 2022, as well as Business Analyst at Macquarie Group between January 2015 and April 2017. Tien's career began in operations and customer service roles at Chip & PIN Solutions Ltd and Auction Assist from 2007 to 2014. Tien holds dual BA degrees in Business Management and Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University, earned between 2001 and 2007.
