Jamie Yap

Jamie Yap is a seasoned business analyst with significant experience in implementing technology through a human-centered design approach. Currently employed at JourneyOne since January 2020, Jamie focuses on utilizing Natural Language Processing, Natural Language Understanding, and Robotic Process Automation to enhance work processes. Previously, at Woodside Energy from June 2017 to April 2020, Jamie contributed to the development of Willow, an AI avatar aimed at personalizing user experiences and assisting with daily tasks. Jamie's consulting experience at Diversus and early career as a financial advisor at TD provided a strong foundation for expertise in technology and business processes. Jamie holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Information Technology from Curtin University, completed in 2014.
