Meera Chhabra is a Change Consultant at JourneyOne since January 2022, where the focus is on leveraging digital technology to address organizational challenges. Previously, as Change Lead at Woodside’s innovation hub, The Accelerator, Meera contributed to projects that saved the company $16M annually and enhanced safety outcomes. Meera's extensive experience includes roles as a Trainer/Facilitator at Roy Hill, Change & Training Analyst at DIAP – SHAP Joint Venture, and various positions within Jacobs and St John of God Health Care, where skills in training and medical laboratory science were developed. Meera holds multiple relevant certifications, including Change Management and Emotional Intelligence, supporting a strong foundation in effective change facilitation and emotional awareness in the workplace.
