Paul Gaudoin Oly

Paul Gaudoin OLY is an accomplished professional in leadership and performance coaching, currently serving as a Basecamp Sherpa at JourneyOne since January 2023. With considerable experience as a Leadership and Performance Consultant at Parvate Collective and a Performance and Personal Coach Consultant at HAYES Information Systems, Paul has honed expertise in environmental, social and governance practices, as well as individual and team performance enhancement. Notably, Paul has an extensive coaching background in elite hockey, having served as Head Coach of the Australian Women's Hockey Team, Senior Assistant Coach for the Australian Men's Hockey Team, and Head Coach of the National U21 Men's Team, achieving significant international accolades.
