Andy Nash Cammarata has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Andy began their career as a Program Administrator at People Inc, where they supervised a staff of 12 and assisted individuals with neurological impairments in finding and maintaining employment. Andy then worked as a Campus Minister at Nardin Academy, overseeing school liturgies and retreats, teaching senior high school religion courses, and participating in mission integration and diversity initiatives. Subsequently, they served as a Youth Minister and High School Religious Education Coordinator at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, responsible for the religious education and Confirmation program. Andy later joined Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc. as the Community Relations/Special Events liaison, organizing community outreach and special events. Andy continued their work at Journey's End in various roles, including Community Outreach Manager and Mission Integration Coordinator and Community Outreach. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Outreach and Volunteers at Journey's End Refugee Services, coordinating outreach efforts and managing volunteer initiatives.

Andy Nash Cammarata attended Cardinal O'Hara High School in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from 1982 to 1986. After graduating from high school, they went on to study at Saint Francis University from 1986 to 1990. At Saint Francis University, they focused on History and Political Science. In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained a certification as a Certified Volunteer Administrator from the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration in April 2021.
