Dario Francisco Diaz Barragan is an accomplished economist currently employed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District. With extensive experience in education and case management, Dario has previously served as a case manager and interpreter for Journey's End Refugee Services, where high-quality language services were provided to diverse communities. Dario's teaching background includes roles as a Spanish teacher and mathematics educator, focusing on engaging instructional techniques and fostering inclusive learning environments. Dario has also contributed as a research assistant at the University at Buffalo and held various tutoring and internship positions, showcasing a solid foundation in mathematics and economics. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, a Master of Education in Mathematics Education, and a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Mathematics and Economics.
