Jessica Hernandez, MSW, currently serves as a Social Worker at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc., where responsibilities include supervising a team of case managers and enhancing client services while fostering workplace morale. Previously, Jessica worked as a JEDI Consultant at The SISGI Group, facilitating workshops on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for non-profit leaders.
