Jessica Hernandez, MSW, currently serves as a Social Worker at Journey's End Refugee Services, Inc., where responsibilities include supervising a team of case managers and enhancing client services while fostering workplace morale. Previously, Jessica worked as a JEDI Consultant at The SISGI Group, facilitating workshops on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion for non-profit leaders. Jessica also has experience as a Case Manager with Schenectady County Children & Family Services, focusing on the safety and welfare of children in care. Jessica's career began in food service at Kyo Ya Hotels & Resort LP and included an internship in social change leadership at The SISGI Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Social Welfare from the University at Albany.
