Marta Nácar, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Customer Success Manager for Southern Europe and LATAM at JoVE, where responsibilities include overseeing client relationships and driving significant usage growth. Previous roles at JoVE include Customer Success Manager and Research and Education Customer Success Specialist, demonstrating a strong track record of increasing engagement in higher education. Prior experience includes positions as Regulatory and Clinical Research Fellow at ÅKRN, Scientific Project Manager and Science Communicator at Fundación Síndrome de Dravet, and Science Writer and Illustrator at Bio-Rad Laboratories. Marta has a solid foundation in biomedical research, with experience as a Biomedical Researcher at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and the University of Illinois Chicago. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Biomedical Research and a Master’s degree in Research in Mental Health, both from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry.
