Pavan Sridharan

Pavan Sridharan currently serves as a Senior Product Manager for New Initiatives at JoVE, a leading provider of science video solutions aimed at enhancing scientific research and education since December 2021. Prior to JoVE, Pavan co-founded Meduplay Medical Simulation, where the focus was on making affordable patient simulator technology for training healthcare professionals in India and developing nations from July 2013 to December 2021. Pavan's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Engineer in CAE Simulation at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, and as a Senior Engineer in Crash and Safety at General Motors Technical Centre India, specializing in vehicle safety. Pavan began their career as a Fleet Marine Engineering Officer at Shell Tankers (U.K) Limited. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Industrial and Product Design from the Indian Institute of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from AMET, BIT Chennai Extension Centre.
