Ritika Koul

Ritika Koul is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at JoVE, Ritika has held various roles including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sr. HR Specialist at S2 Infotech International Ltd, and Senior Manager HR at Alcove Consultancy Services. Previous positions also include HR Associate roles at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions and Siemens - SISL. Ritika holds an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Diploma in HR from Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute of Management.
