Katie Bakalars

Katie Bakalars has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Katie currently holds the position of Director of Recruitment at Jovie since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Minnesota Regional Manager and Franchise Recruitment Director at College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors from December 2020. Katie also held the role of Senior Manager, Recruitment, where they managed the full life cycle recruiting process and provided oversight to individual Recruitment Managers. Katie's career in recruitment started as a Talent Acquisition Manager at College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors in April 2018.

Katie Bakalars pursued their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre at Viterbo University from 2006 to 2010.
