Sharon Ragland-Keys, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in human resources. Sharon is currently the Owner and Managing Director of Jovie, a company that provides customized childcare benefit solutions for businesses and their employees. Since 2009, Jovie has been delivering high-quality, engaging childcare programs that meet the unique needs of companies and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
Aside from their role at Jovie, Sharon is also an Ambassador for the Canton Chamber of Commerce in Michigan, starting in 2017.
Sharon is the Owner and Principal of SRK Human Resources Solutions in Ann Arbor, Michigan. With this company, they partner with small to mid-size businesses to help them grow through regulatory compliance, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
In the past, Sharon held various human resources positions. Sharon was the Human Resources Director at Ricardo from 2006 to 2008 and the Human Resources Manager at Magna-Intier Seating in 2006. Prior to that, Sharon served as the Human Resources Director at Chicago Pneumatic & SPX Corporation from 1999 to 2006 and as a Senior Personnel Analyst at the City of Ann Arbor from 1994 to 1999.
Sharon Ragland-Keys, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. Sharon also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Michigan-Flint. In addition to their degrees, Sharon has obtained a certification in "Building a Successful Diverse Business" from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, which they achieved in November 2020.
