Yvonne Wema Ngome has a diverse background in recruitment, outreach, and leadership development within academic and athletic settings. Currently serving as a Family Placement Recruitment Coordinator at Jovie since February 2020, Yvonne previously gained experience as an Outreach/Social Media Intern at the University of Arkansas from July 2016 to February 2023, where notable achievements included managing social media accounts, significantly increasing event attendance, and co-creating the Student Sustainability Coalition. Additional roles include serving as a Football Recruiting Intern for Arkansas Football, where Yvonne enhanced game-day activities and supported recruitment efforts, and as a Coordinator for Leadership Development at the University of Arkansas, successfully increasing participation in leadership luncheons. Yvonne's early experience includes an office assistant role at Powell Orthopedics, contributing to office efficiency and patient care. Yvonne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Pre-Med from the University of Arkansas.
