Andy Aldworth is the Group Manager for People and Culture at Jowett Motor Group since May 2023. Prior to this, Andy held the position of Human Resources Director at SS&C - Bluedoor from November 2014 to February 2023, where Andy launched and led the People function to support international expansion. With a background in HR and Organisational Development, Andy has also served in senior roles at iCareHealth, Spendvision, and MYOB Australia. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated expertise in leading organizational growth and development initiatives.

Jowett Motor Group (JMG) was born from the experience and forethought of Tony Jowett with the opening of Eastern Honda in Doncaster in 2001. Establishing itself within the busy automotive industry, the JMG group continues to grow with its award-winning group of BMW and Honda dealerships across Victoria and South Australia. A new era was marked in 2013 for JMG with the opening of Waverley BMW. Fast establishing itself as a key member of both the BMW dealership network as well as JMG through a strong customer focused approach and overall excellence. In 2019 Waverley BMW was recognised as BMW Metro Dealer of the Year. From a single BMW dealership in 2020 to a fast-growing group of BMW Dealerships, Waverley BMW has been recognised as BMW Dealer of the Year 2021 and BMW Major Metro Dealer of the Year 2021. These rewards are a huge recognition to the culture and performance of Waverley BMW and the Jowett Motor Group. Further growth with the BMW brand, JMG acquired South Yarra BMW in 2020. The acquisition provided a great opportunity to apply our experience and expertise. This was followed by the greenfield development of Berwick BMW, opening in late 2020, which has exceeded expectations within a short time. 2021 was a significant year for JMG, leading Honda into a new era, with the opening of Northern Honda. Providing a brand-new modern dealership for Melbourne’s northern suburbs. September 2021 marked the opening of our latest BMW dealership in Glenelg, offering the full first-class BMW experience. A full redevelopment of the site will commence in the coming months and is due for completion in 2023.
