Michelle Sheppard

Michelle Sheppard has held various roles focused on diversity and inclusion, working with organizations such as JOY 94.9, the Department of Transport, and the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing. Michelle has experience in producing inclusive show material, leading DEI activities, providing strategic advice, and designing tailored DEI strategies. Michelle has also worked as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging Practitioner and has experience in improving productivity, customer service, and financial results through project planning and delivery.
