Barry Smith

Barry Smith has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Barry started their career at TS Industries as an Executive Vice President, where they excelled in sales and recruitment. Barry then joined Rexall Showcase International as VP of e-Business, where they led the design and development of a successful e-commerce website. Barry subsequently worked at Unicity International as VP of the Americas and later as SVP of Global Development, driving business expansion efforts in Europe and increasing sales in Germany. Barry also served as CEO of My.com LLC, overseeing all aspects of the startup company. Barry held various positions at other companies such as CyberWize.com, 21TEN, and Touchstone Essentials, where they provided leadership, mentorship, and training to support organizational growth. Barry'smost recent roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer at Joy Organics, where they assumed responsibility for overall company operations. Throughout their career, Barry has demonstrated expertise in areas such as organizational structure, leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.

Barry Smith received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology from EPI in the years 1985-1989. After that, they attended Georgia State University from 1979-1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Marketing. In 1991-1992, they pursued Masters coursework in Biblical Literature at Columbia Theological Seminary. Additionally, Barry completed an Integral Theory Certificate program in Organizational Leadership and Development at Fielding Graduate University from 2012-2013.
