Samuel Eyre

Samuel Eyre has extensive work experience in the field of partnerships and development. Samuel is currently the Director of Partnerships at Alegra Learning since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Imagine Learning as a Regional Partnership Director from 2016 to 2019, and as an Area Partnership Manager from 2011 to 2016. Samuel also worked as an Assistant Developer at The NRP Group LLC in 2011.

Before that, Eyre had a long tenure at DHIC from 2004 to 2011, where they held the position of Senior Project Manager. In this role, they oversaw rental developments and was involved in all aspects of the development process, including site acquisition, design, permitting, financing, construction, marketing, and leasing. During their time at DHIC, they completed five affordable apartment communities with various financing combinations.

Additionally, Eyre had a summer internship at Enterprise Community Investment, Inc. in 2003, where they worked as a Development Analyst. In this role, they assisted in underwriting LIHTC developments, performed due diligence tasks, attended investment committee meetings, and updated underwriting manuals.

Samuel Eyre began their education in 1998 at Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning and Resource Management. Samuel attended this university for a period of four years, completing their studies in 2002. Afterward, Samuel pursued further education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Master of Regional Planning degree with a focus on Real Estate and Community Development.
