Bill Joyce began their work experience in 1980 as an Assistant Chef at Mount Airy Casino Resort. In 1982, they established and served as the Proprietor and Executive Chef of Joyce Catering until 1992. From 1987 to 1992, they were the Food Service Director at Nesbitt Memorial Hospital. Since 1993, they have been the Agency Principal at Joyce Insurance Group, where they oversee various divisions and programs within the company.
Bill Joyce attended Seton Catholic from 1974 to 1978 and earned a diploma. Bill then went on to The Culinary Institute of America from 1979 to 1980 where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
