Sharonica Williams

Sharonica Williams is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in theater operations and information management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Joyce Theater Foundation, Inc. since June 2013, Sharonica has previously held various positions within the organization, including Human Resources Manager and Member & Community Relations Manager. Prior to this, Sharonica worked as Theater Operations Manager and Front of House Manager at The Joyce Theater Foundation. Additional experience includes a role as Event Manager at NC Blumenthal Performing Arts Center and service in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included Manager of Information Technology. Sharonica is currently pursuing a Certification in Human Resources from Cornell University, complementing earlier educational achievements from the University of Maryland Global Campus and the Community College of the Air Force.
