Andie Andersen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Andie currently works at Joyfolie as the Director of Operations, where they oversee cross-functional teams and collaborates with senior leadership to drive efficiency and profitability. Before this role, Andie was the Director of Special Projects at Joyfolie, where they worked closely with the CEO to complete company-wide initiatives. Prior to Joyfolie, Andie held various positions at Canopy, including Head of People Operations and Deputy Chief of Staff. Andie was responsible for implementing regulatory compliance measures and optimizing eCommerce operations. Earlier in their career, Andie worked at Tory Burch, Pottery Barn, Michael Kors, Target, PANDORA A/S, Victoria's Secret & Co., Bloomingdale's, and FR Smith & Sons Marina, holding management roles and driving performance in various capacities.

Andie Andersen completed their Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Business Management at Marist College in 2012. In 2010, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Colored Stones Specialist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). In 2020, they enrolled in the NYU Tisch School of the Arts and received a Yellowbrick Certificate in Performing Arts Industry Essentials. Additionally, they became a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Executive Network in 2020.
