Joyful Belly School of Ayurveda

Joyful Belly makes it easy to create and follow your Ayurvedic diet. Using a simple, one page form, you can enter the doshas, qualities and tastes that are in your diet. Our database creates a grocery list and personal recipe book that you can use to follow your diet. We created JoyfulBelly to make ayurvedic diets easier for clients and practitioners. Joyful Belly is an encyclopedia of food and has more variety than you can get in a printed cookbook. You can research any ingredient, enter your favorite home recipes for an automated ayurvedic analysis, ask questions and get ayurvedic help and advice from our staff at a very low cost. Try us out! Our free account includes ingredients only. Our premium account includes recipes, a diet, and a discounted personal assessment. Practitioners can create diets for their clients which means less time explaining recipes and more time healing during a consultation. Ask your practitioner to recommend a Joyful Belly diet. "A chef begins with a wish. Through meditation and contemplation the wish is purified. In this way, food becomes enjoyable and healthy for body, mind, and spirit. Every new recipe is a quest. Eating is the one activity that brings every being on the planet in touch with their health and wishes every day."
