Paul Mladineo

Paul Mladineo has a diverse work experience, starting as Manager, Business Planning & Analysis at Columbia House Corporation in 1994. Paul then moved on to roles such as Vice President, Business Development at iTurf/Delias and Vice President, Strategic Development at Sterling Infosystems, Inc. Paul co-founded HR Integrations in 2009, which was later acquired by Talent Technology Corporation. Paul also served as President at HR Integrations and Vice President, Business Development at Talemetry, Inc. Most recently, they were the Co-Founder & Executive Vice President at HRNX LLC before becoming President at Joynd in 2020. Additionally, they were a Member of the Board of Directors at PVI Solar Inc. from 2008 to 2016.

Paul Mladineo attended Princeton Day School from 1980 to 1984, where they earned their High School Diploma with a focus on General studies. Paul then went on to Georgetown University from 1984 to 1988, graduating with a BA in Government and History. Later, from 1992 to 1994, they attended UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, earning an MBA with a concentration in Marketing and General Management.
