Moti Koren

Moti Koren has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and positions. Moti is currently serving as the VP R&D at Joyned since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the CTO at Healthee from November 2021 to January 2023.

Moti has also worked at Finovation as the CTO and VP R&D from June 2020 to November 2021. During this time, they were responsible for leading global teams in various departments such as R&D, Product, QA, DevOps, Support, NOC, BI, Security, and IT. Moti managed 5 managers and implemented new work processes and methodologies based on Agile-Scrum and autonomous Squads.

Before joining Finovation, Moti was the CTO and VP R&D at Imprint-Social from June 2018 to May 2020. Moti'srole involved developing a SaaS system using advanced technologies such as Big data, ML, NLP, and Computer Vision algorithms.

Moti also served as the VP R&D at Pariplay from January 2017 to May 2018. During this time, they upgraded systems and managed a large team of software engineers and team leaders. Moti established an Engineering culture with Agile-Scrum feature teams.

Prior to that, Moti held the position of R&D Director - Head of B2C and B2B at ParagonEX from April 2013 to December 2016. Moti also worked as an R&D Manager at Playtech from April 2009 to March 2013.

Moti's career began at Dassault Systemes in June 2005, where they worked as an R&D Team Leader. Moti contributed to various technologies such as OOP, .NET, C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, Html, Ajax, SOA, Web Services, and Client-Server architecture.

Before joining Dassault Systemes, Moti worked as a Senior Software Developer at Malam from September 2002 to May 2005, focusing on web development using technologies like C#, Asp.NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MSSQL, and Oracle.

Moti's early career was as a Software Developer at Magic Software Enterprises from October 1998 to September 2002.
