Bubba Murarka

Bubba Murarka is currently an advisor at Joyride Games. Bubba has also been a partner at DFJ, co-founder and chairman at Mast Mobile, and an associate producer at HBO. Murarka has also held the position of founder at Eleven Prime and business & corporate development at Facebook.

Murarka has led DFJ's early stage investments in CircleCI, Periscope Data (merged with SiSense), Mindshow, Kiwi, Highlight (acq by Pinterest), TwinPrime (acq by Salesforce). Bubba has also worked closely on DFJ Growth's investment in Unity Technologies. In addition, they have consulted for Silicon Valley since season two and was invited to join the writers' room for the final season.

Some of Murarka's hobbies include firing 8 inch firework mortars off the Pismo Pier as part of the 4th of July fireman crew.

Bubba Murarka's educational career includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master's degree in Computer Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
