Blaine Dolcetti has over 17 years of work experience in various engineering roles in the automotive industry. Blaine began their career in 2006 as a Software Engineer at Nidec Motor Corporation, where they contributed to the design and development of automotive closure applications. In 2010, they joined Takata and held multiple positions, including Lead Software Engineer and Algorithm Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and developing core systems and algorithms for capacitive sensing steering wheels and child safety airbag systems. In 2017, Blaine joined Magna International as an Engineering Manager, where they managed the electrification control modules group and later became the Engineering Manager for the Magna Rohinni Joint Venture. In 2022, they joined Stellantis as the BSW Platform Engineering Manager, overseeing platform engineering activities. Currently, Blaine is working at Joyson Safety Systems as the Global Director of Engineering, a position they assumed in 2023. Throughout their career, Blaine has demonstrated expertise in program management, business development, and business acquisition for various OEMs.
Blaine Dolcetti obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oakland University. Blaine completed their education at Oakland University from 2001 to 2006.
