Christiano Ruffo Ferreira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as VP of South America and US Operations at Joyson Safety Systems since January 2022. Ferreira also operates Ruffo Consulting as a Mentor and Business Advisor, specializing in strategic and tactical consultancy for operations, product development engineering, and project management. Previous roles include Quality & Product Development Engineering Director at Autoliv, where substantial growth was achieved through effective strategic planning, and Product Development Engineering Manager at Vale Soluções em Energia - VSE, overseeing product development and R&D projects. Ferreira's career began at Ford Motor Company, where leadership in product development and quality management for the Brazilian B-Cars Platform was established.
