Cristian Baretti

Cristian Baretti serves as the VP & CFO of Joyson Safety Systems for the Americas region, overseeing approximately USD 1.6 billion in annual revenue and a workforce of around 15,000 across 20 locations. Previously, Cristian held the position of EVP & CFO at ADAC Automotive, a leader in vehicle access systems, and served as CFO North America at Brembo North America, where responsibilities included integrating finance processes following an acquisition and leading the merger of multiple legal entities. Cristian's educational background includes executive education in finance from The Wharton School and a Master of Business Administration from CIS - Unindustria Reggio Emilia, along with degrees in economics from Università degli Studi di Bergamo and participation in the Erasmus Program at Molde University College.
