Gilberto Sanchez

Gilberto Sanchez has over 23 years of work experience. Gilberto has held leadership positions in quality management at various companies including Joyson Safety Systems, Kongsberg Automotive, Delphi, and KEMET Electronics Corporation. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in multi-site management, supplier quality, quality assurance processes, test and validation leadership, and customer collaboration. Gilberto has also been involved in process improvement, risk mitigation, and employee development.

Gilberto Sanchez holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Gilberto also has a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad de Matamoros, A.C. In addition, they have an Associate's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology. Gilberto has obtained various certifications including Interdal: International Management Program from Kongsberg Automotive in 2011, Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt Certified from George Group in 2007, and PLC and Automation from CAST in 1998, among others.
