Ken Urbanski

Ken Urbanski has extensive experience in finance, internal audit, and risk compliance. Ken is currently serving as the Director - Global Internal Audit at Joyson Safety Systems since January 2020. Previously, they worked at Wolverine Worldwide as the Vice President - Internal Audit and Risk Compliance from January 2013 to September 2019. Before that, they were the Vice President - Finance at Batesville Casket Company - Hillenbrand Inc. from October 2008 to September 2009. Ken also held leadership roles at Chemtura, where they served as the VP/CFO Polymer Additives Business Segment from April 2007 to October 2008 and as the Director of Internal Audit from March 2002 to April 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Sherwin Williams, first as the VP/Controller - Automotive Finishes from October 1997 to September 2001 and then as the Vice President of Internal Audit and Loss Prevention from October 1996 to October 1997. Ken's career started at Sherwin Williams as the Vice President/Controller - Transportation Services in January 1996 before moving into their subsequent roles.

Ken Urbanski earned a BA in Economics from Lawrence University from 1978 to 1982. Subsequently, they completed an MBA in General studies at Purdue University Daniels School of Business from 2004 to 2007.
