Kevin Gillis

Global Vice President, Engineering & Program Mgmt - Integration at Joyson Safety Systems

Kevin Gillis has a strong background in engineering and program management within the automotive industry. Kevin started their career in 2000 as the Global Director of Supplier Development at TRW Automotive. In 2005, they moved to Magna International where they spent eight years as the Executive Director of Engineering. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Faurecia Automotive Seating. Following that, they joined Key Safety Systems as the Vice President of Global Applications Engineering and later became the Global Vice President of Engineering in the Passive Safety Division. In 2017, Gillis joined Joyson Safety Systems as the Global Vice President of Engineering and Program Management - Integration, before ultimately becoming the Vice President of Project Management at PASLIN in 2023.

Kevin Gillis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1980 and 1984. Kevin later pursued a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Oaklands University in Rochester Hills, MI, completing their studies from 1999 to 2003.
