Michael Setera

Michael Setera currently serves as the Global CIO at Joyson Safety Systems, beginning in October 2023. Prior to this role, Michael spent over thirteen years at Brose, first as Regional IT Director, where responsibilities included managing IT support and project activities for North American operations, and later as IT Security Manager during an expatriate assignment focused on corporate information protection. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Information Management at MMI Engineered Solutions, Data Analysis and Reporting Manager at Asset Acceptance, and various IT management roles at Ford Motor Company. A seasoned professional in business intelligence and information systems, Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and a Master of Business Administration, both from Oakland University.
