Octavian Cristea

Octavian Cristea has extensive experience in the automotive safety industry, currently serving as an Application Engineer in the Airbag Division at Joyson Safety Systems since July 2016. Prior to this role, Octavian worked as a LAT Test Engineer in the Airbag Division at Key Safety Systems, where responsibilities included serial production validation and test evaluation. Earlier experience includes a position as a Process Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer for foamed steering wheels at Takata EMEA. Octavian holds a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering and an Engineer's degree in Applied Automation and Informatics from Universitatea „Aurel Vlaicu” din Arad, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
