Pedro Grossinho has extensive work experience in the field of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management. Pedro currently holds the position of Vice President, Global EHS and Sustainability at Joyson Safety Systems, overseeing operations and product-related aspects in four regions and four business units. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Director of EHS at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, where they managed site and product-related aspects in eight business units. Pedro has also held the position of Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager Europe at Federal-Mogul Powertrain, where they were responsible for product and site-related aspects in five business units. Earlier in their career, Pedro worked at Sony Europe as the Manager of Environmental and Health & Safety Affairs, overseeing management systems at more than 50 European sites. Pedro has also worked as an Environmental Engineer at Friedrich Grohe AG and SEIA, SA. Pedro has been involved in various industry associations and initiatives related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, and corporate sustainability throughout their career.

Pedro Grossinho obtained a degree in Environmental Engineering from the New University of Lisbon from 1993 to 1998. In 2007, they earned a Europe Diploma Fire Safety: Technical Cycle from the Confederation of Fire Protection Association [CPFA]. Additionally, Pedro studied Environmental Sciences at Ulster University from 1996 to 1997.
