Sudarsan TR began their work experience in 2012 at ZF Rane Automotive India Private Limited, where they held the role of Vice President Operations until 2022. In December 2022, they joined Joyson Safety Systems as Vice President Operations.

Sudarsan TR completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sathyabama Engineering College, University Madras, between 1991 and 1995. Later, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations from Symbiosis University, from 2007 to 2009.
