Bas van Straten

Bas van Straten is an experienced project manager in the construction industry, currently serving at J.P. van Eesteren | TBI since February 2025. Prior to this role, Bas worked as a tender/project director at BESIX NL, overseeing several key projects including the tender for LCW Lelystad and new construction in Amsterdam and The Hague. From January 2021 to June 2023, Bas served as a project leader at G&S Bouw b.v., managing significant tenders and construction teams. Bas's expertise extends back to positions held at Visser & Smit Bouw bv, Heijmans Utiliteitsbouw Rosmalen, and Ballast Nedam, where numerous projects involving new builds and renovations were successfully executed. Educational qualifications include a degree in bouwtechnische bedrijfskunde from HTS Tilburg and earlier studies in construction management and HAVO.
