Samuel Chang

Samuel Chang is an experienced electrical professional currently serving as a Rig Electrician at JP3 Measurement, LLC since February 2021. Prior to this role, Samuel was a Project Captain at Diageo from February 2016 to February 2020, and held the position of Electrical Engineer at Huawei from April 2014 to May 2015. Earlier in their career, Samuel also worked as an Electrical Engineer with CHINA STATE CONSTRUCTION (CSCEC) from July 2010 to July 2012. Samuel holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCLA, attended between 2001 and 2002, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, earned between 1996 and 2000.
