Prior experience includes a role as Senior Food Scientist and Director at Rodeo CPG, and significant contributions to Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Senior Research Associate, focusing on product innovation and scale-up processes. Lianna has also held analytical and research positions at McCormick & Company and the University of California, Davis, where a thesis project investigated the nutritional impact of soaking almonds.
