Lianna Lee currently serves as the Senior Food Scientist and Director at JPG Resources, leading product development across various food categories since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Food Scientist and Director at Rodeo CPG, and significant contributions to Bimbo Bakeries USA as a Senior Research Associate, focusing on product innovation and scale-up processes. Lianna has also held analytical and research positions at McCormick & Company and the University of California, Davis, where a thesis project investigated the nutritional impact of soaking almonds. With a strong foundation in food science supported by degrees from Wellesley College and the University of California, Davis, Lianna combines technical expertise with diverse industry experience, including teaching food science concepts and baking.
