Adrian Flores is an accomplished professional in land acquisitions and real estate finance, currently serving as the Director of Land Acquisitions at JPI since June 2023. Previously, as the Real Estate Finance Manager at ocV!BE from January 2021 to May 2023, Adrian led underwriting and financing for a substantial mixed-use community project and presented financial metrics to the Executive Committee.
