Al leads the Central Region’s Asset Management team to provide performance analysis, strategic direction and hold/sell recommendations for JPI’s properties. Al has over 32 years of real estate experience, including over 22 years of asset management experience with institutional, publicly-held and private equity investment groups. Before joining JPI, he was Executive Director and Region Head for Multi-family Asset Management at UBS Realty Investors LLC. Al earned both a BA and MBA from Baylor University.
