Dylan O'Leary

Dylan O'Leary is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and field supervision. Currently serving as a Superintendent at JPI since August 2024, Dylan has a demonstrated ability to manage large-scale construction projects exceeding $40 million, successfully bringing off-track projects back on schedule. Prior experience includes roles as Superintendent at OHT Partners, LLC, and Assistant Superintendent at Greystar, where Dylan delivered multiple multi-family communities ahead of deadlines and maintained safety and compliance standards. An alumnus of The University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Dylan has cultivated strong relationships with subcontractors, municipality officials, and development teams throughout a career dedicated to excellence in construction management.
