Jason Cupo

As General Counsel, Jason provides support on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and operational matters. Serving as a trusted business advisor and legal counselor, he ensures the effective and consistent delivery of legal programs and services.

Jason has practiced law for over a decade and has served as an in-house attorney for the past seven years, primarily for large real estate development and construction companies. Throughout his career, he has overseen several complex corporate issues and over $1 billion worth of projects in the United States and Asia. To JPI, he brings a creative approach to balancing business goals and legal risk, as well as a knack for corporate problem solving.

Jason grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Literature. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Arizona State University O’Connor College of Law.

Outside of the office, Jason is the co-Chair of the SOS Formation nonprofit, member of the Knights of Columbus, Little League Coach, and volunteer musician for the Diocese of Phoenix. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, as well as golfing and attending live music shows.
