Kyley Harvey

Kyley began his career in the building industry in 1994. In that time, he has worked with the design and construction of many building types including healthcare, commercial, civic, and residential. At JPI, Kyley provides strategic leadership and oversight to their construction operations in both Central and Western regions. He motivates his teams to seek competitive advantages in how we build and execute to create opportunities for JPI to continue to scale their business.

Kyley has a breadth of experience in construction, product development, and traditional A&E services. He brings to the team a unique, functional skill set combining the experiences of running a construction company, design firm, as well as having led A&E, NPI and component design for a product development team. A commitment to industry innovation, uncovering organizational efficiency, fostering integrated teams, clear communication, and meeting overall project goals are the drivers that fuel his passion for the construction industry.
