Tom Lamberth

Tom has been in the apartment industry since 1981 and leads JPI’s Capital Markets efforts, focusing on building a strategic common equity plan and continuing to improve the relationships with new and existing capital partners. He has held executive level positions with both public and private owners and has deep experience in ground up development, initiating the development of over $1B in multifamily assets throughout his career. Tom also served for 20+ years in property operations that includes executive level leadership of portfolios up to 42,000 apartment homes. He attended Stephen F. Austin State University majoring in Business Management.
