Amrita Sandhu

Amrita Sandhu is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and talent management, currently serving as Managing Director of Talent and Employee Experience at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Amrita held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of HR at Nomura, where responsibility included the development of a comprehensive people strategy for over 2000 employees globally. Amrita's experience includes significant roles at McKinsey & Company, where contributions as Global Learning Leader and Head of Talent Management led to high employee retention and innovative talent management strategies. Additional roles at Markit, Deutsche Bank, and Ernst & Young have further solidified Amrita's expertise in structured finance and organizational development.
