Andy Suharsono

Andy Suharsono is a seasoned technology operations leader with extensive experience at JPMorgan Chase since 1998. Currently serving as the Global Operation Lead in Technology Operations, Andy oversees service requests and delivery for North America's Global Technology Infrastructure. Previous roles include Service Delivery Manager for Corporate Investment Banking, where Andy managed technology infrastructure and IT resources, and Team Lead & Senior IT Project Manager for Investment Banking Infrastructure & Control. Andy began with JPMorgan Chase in a desktop support role and advanced through various positions, contributing significantly to technology initiatives. Prior experience includes leading the Information Technology Division at Casey New York Inc. and consulting roles that facilitated a transition to a full-time position at JPMorgan Chase.
