Barry Mendelsohn

Barry Mendelsohn is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in commercial real estate and equipment financing. Currently serving as Executive Director at JP Morgan Chase since June 2012, Barry manages a 14-person team responsible for structuring and risk-approving loans within the California region, emphasizing collaboration with sales executives and loan officers. Previously, Barry held the position of Managing Director at BNP Paribas, where over $2 billion in financing was negotiated and closed. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Global Finance at Enron Energy Services and Structured Finance and Leasing Services Manager at Electronic Data Systems Corporation, where significant cross-border financing was executed. Barry holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and a degree in Journalism, Public Relations from the University of North Texas.
