Michael J. Cavallaro is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking, financial technology, and payment processing. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Manifest Financial since January 2024, Michael leads a banking app tailored for creators and entrepreneurs. As the Founder and Managing Principal of MJC Partners, LLC, established in January 2014, Michael focuses on financial services, blockchain, and financial technology, specializing in banks. Additionally, Michael is a member of the Board of Directors and serves as Principal at Tidal Commerce while co-founding Merchant Bancard Processing, a payment processor for merchants and financial institutions, in January 2017. Previous roles include Director at FIG Partners and Vice President at Hovde Financial. Michael began a career in finance as an Analyst at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods after earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Economics from Bowling Green State University, completed in 2004.
