Basem Amorah

Basem Amorah is an experienced professional in infrastructure engineering and middleware support, currently serving as Vice President and Lead Infrastructure Engineer for MQ at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since October 2022. Prior to this role, Basem worked at Kyndryl as a Middleware Support specialist and spent four years at IBM in a similar position. Basem's career began at Dallas Valet Inc as a Middleware – Websphere MQ Admin, where responsibilities included installing and configuring MQ Series and WMB on AIX and Windows systems. Basem holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, earned between 2016 and 2018.
