Celeste Chia

Celeste Chia is currently serving as Vice President of Product Management for Payments at JPMorganChase since November 2023. Prior to this role, Chia was an MBA Fellow at the Digital, Data, and Design Institute at Harvard, where contributions included shaping generative AI strategies and developing a finance chatbot. At Flutterwave, Chia worked as a Global Expansion & Partnerships Intern, focusing on market strategies and M&A evaluation. Earlier experience at Mastercard encompassed roles as Senior Analyst and Analyst, involving operational readiness and market entry strategies in China. Chia also participated in a two-year leadership development program at Mastercard, earning the CEO Force For Good Awards. Additional internships included positions at ZALORA Group, Deloitte Consulting, and the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Chia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BBA from the National University of Singapore.
